workout and diet program and introduce you to the world of REAL fitness where

We don't hand out one-size-fits-all programs or computer
generated templates - our e-personal training packages ensures that you get nothing less than
100% personalized exercise advice and contact with a real, flesh and blood
coach.
To get the most out of online personal training, your
fitness program needs to be written for you and ONLY for you. It needs to be
created by an experienced fitness professional who takes into account your
personal needs, preferences and abilities. And it needs to be regularly
evaluated to make sure the program's working and that you're happy.

internationally renowned author and personal fitness coach. Based on information you
provide, Evan will design
you a fitness program that will be highly detailed and tailored to your
individual needs, featuring photographs that clearly illustrate the
exercises you will be doing. He will take into account the time and
equipment you have available, your preferred training location, your
motivation levels, medical history and exercise preferences.
Your program will be sent to you via email as a full
colour online e-booklet that you can print at home. You will also
receive a workout and diet log that will need to be completed and returned
weekly (via email) so that your progress can be fully evaluated.
You'll also receive an exclusive monthly journal/newsletter containing
training tips, nutritional strategies and success stories. Perhaps most
importantly, you can contact Evan as often as you like and
receive UNLIMITED exercise advice and encouragement.
So, if you're really serious about achieving your weight loss/fitness
goals, but you cannot commit to conventional personal training sessions,

When you sign up, you'll be taken to our payment page
where you MUST give us you email address. As soon as Evan
receives your application (within 24hrs of your payment), you'll be sent an
interview questionnaire where you'll tell us all about yourself. From
the answers you give, Evan will design your personalized plan and send you
all the information you need to start training and improving your diet.
Although payment will be taken immediately, the time period you've paid for
will not start until you have received your training program. So
effectively, you'll get the time it takes us to design your program thrown
