Personal Trainer
The personal trainer should be certified
by a well-known organization.
Evan Hawke
is certified through the YMCA. He is a fitness author who has sold

demonstration of all of their exercises.
When we send you your custom program,
all of the exercises in that program will be clearly explained and
illustrated in you own personal fitness guide that you can print and
take to wherever it is that you wish to train..
Your trainer should be easy to contact
and be prompt in responses.

personal e-mail address. You'll receive a reply within 24 hours.
Be wary of sites that rely on “celebrity
trainers” to sell their services. It should be clear who will actually be
designing your workouts. Avoid sites that make exaggerated claims or
guarantee fitness results.
Evan Hawke is clearly identified as
the person designing your program. No-one else will be involved in
the design of your program and although a very successful trainer, Evan

3. I don't have any equipment -
can I still use e-Personal Training?
Hell yeah! We design a
program JUST FOR YOU. This means that we can make use of whatever you have
available - even if that's nothing. Got a home gym? We'll help you make
the most of it. Just got dumbells or a barbell? Great! - We can design you
a program that'll get you fit, lean and strong, no problem.
4. How will my custom program be
delivered?
The majority of the program will
be delivered by email. Once designed, your program will be emailed to you
as a PDF document complete with workouts and illustrated exercise guides.
You will also able to correspond via email with your trainer as often as you
want.
5. How soon can I get started?
We aim to have your program
designed and in your hands 3 - 5 working days after your payment is received.
Within 24hrs of your subscription, you'll be sent an evaluation pack (via email)
which you'll need to fill in to tell us all about yourself and your goals,
available equipment, current fitness level and medical history. Once you
send this back to us (via email) we'll set about designing a program to match
your requirements. As this is a custom process, this may take a couple of
days.

9. How will I know if I'm
doing the exercises correctly?
Every exercise we prescribe will
come with it's own guide complete with illustrations and a detailed analysis of
