What We Do...

Hawke Fitness is a fitness consultancy whose mission is to bring the most effective in strength and conditioning techniques to pretty much anyone who'll listen.

We do this by offering personal fitness training, both online and in person, to anyone who wants it. 

Our goal is to spread the word on serious fitness training and as such we aim to have as much free stuff on this site as possible, however like everyone else, we have mortgages to pay for and so we charge for our personal fitness consultations and we also have a fitness book for sale that we wrote for martial artists.

Hawke Fitness was setup by Evan Hawke - a highly successful personal trainer and fitness author -  in 2004 to promote his ideas on health and fitness.  Due to his current workload, the website is now managed by Chris Longley - a fitness coach based on the south coast of the UK.  All of the information on this site is written by these two fitness professionals.
